Inaugural European reveal planned for Post Expo for two new physical and digital Pitney Bowes Solutions

by annea | August 25, 2015 | No Comments

Pitney Bowes will showcase physical and digital technologies that are creating impact within the global postal industry at this year’s Post Expo, including the RelayTM multi-channel communications suite, a new solution which will be shown for the first time ever in Europe. Also being demonstrated for the first time in Europe is the OneSort™ Workstation, the latest Pitney Bowes parcel and package solution.

The RelayTM multi-channel communications suite is an integrated enterprise-level platform that connects hardware, software and services to enable small and medium businesses (SMBs) to cost-effectively ensure client data privacy, enhance accuracy of transactional communications, and enable simplistic multi-channel distribution. The OneSort™ Workstation is a robust and feature-rich parcels, packages and large letters processing solution, ideal as either a first step to sorting automation and data capture or as a complementary system for exception processing.

These technologies will be available for delegates to experience alongside a selection of other popular Pitney Bowes physical and digital solutions on stand 3140 for the duration of the show. At the stand, the team from Pitney Bowes will demonstrate these high-performance solutions designed to boost efficiency, improve accuracy and precision and deliver an improved customer experience. In addition to the Relay multi-channel communications suite and Onesort manual parcel sorting workstation, the Pitney Bowes technologies on show at Post Expo will include:

  • A high-speed automated parcel sorting solution
  • Connect+ 3000
  • Send Suite Live
  • Send Suite Tracking
  • Location Intelligence
  • Data and address validation
  • Cross border shipping

Andrew Ford, Pitney Bowes’ Vice President of Marketing and Communications, Europe, will discuss the influence of technology on the post and parcel markets during the VIP Plenary session from 1400 – 1700 on Tuesday 29th September at the show. The session will be held in Room 1 at the Porte de Versailles. Andrew will share insight under the theme of ‘Getting it Right’, looking at how technology in the post and parcel markets is helping to change behaviours of customers and businesses in the converging physical and digital worlds.

From data-driven marketing and mail creation, to parcels and shipping, to the production and distribution of invoices and statements, Pitney Bowes helps its diversity of clients drive real business, create efficiencies and generate revenue across physical and digital channels.
